Our policy lasts until the day of the Body 8 Challenge starts. If the Challenge that you have signed up for has started, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the challenge start date must not of commenced.
If you have paid for the Challenge in full, You will be refunded in full prior to the start date.
If you have selected the weekly instalments. Payments will be stopped and money paid returned provided the start of the challenge has not started.
To complete your return, we require a email before the start of the challenge that you have signed up for and no later.
