Meet Steve

Body 8 started it’s roots in Sydney at Bulldog Gym Balmain, with Queensland boy Steve Guinane back in 2012. After success in Sydney, Body 8 moved to Brisbane's Northside in 2015. Since moving to Virginia Body 8 has changed many lives.

Steve started Body 8 because he couldn’t keep up with demand for personal training sessions. Steve then came up with this 8 week program that really works! This challenge is designed for people with a busy day to day life that need results fast.

Steve has been a Personal Trainer since 2004. He has been doing Muay Thai for over 20 years now and brings a multitude of knowledge; such as what a professional athlete does to get in peak performance. These ideas have been implemented in his 8 week challenge so you too can reap the rewards.

Steve brings enthusiasm to the work outs and is highly motivated on getting you RESULTS! Steve will make sure he gets the most out of you as he brings a “take no prisoner attitude” to your workout.

The workouts are short and high intensity for maximum results. It doesn’t matter what your fitness level is Steve will help you reach your fitness goals.
